The object-oriented functions for characters can be listed by typing a full-stop "." immediately after either the character reference "%character%", or a character key, in a text box or expression.

Scroll down to the wanted function and click on it to insert the function into the text.

  • Note that functions that are not relevant to a particular character will be ommited from the list.
  • At which location (CharacterAtLocation) - Displays the KEY of the characters current location. Entering another full-stop after this will give the further options:
    • Exits (CharacterAtLocation.Exits) - Lists all of the room exits in the form "North|East|South"
      • Count ((CharacterAtLocation.Exits.Count) - The number of accessable exits from the location (those not blocked by a restriction)
    • Long location description (CharacterAtLocation.LongLocationDescription) - The full description of the characters current location
    • Objects - Lists the dynamic objects at the characters location
    • Short location description - The name of the characters current location
