This function returns the contents of the "Proper Name" field at the top of the description page for the indicated character if the "Known" property is selected. If "Known" is not selected then it will return the characters descriptor (the combined article-adjective-noun fields).

For the following character it will return either "John Smith" or "A tall man".

This function does not do Character Name substitution. To create more natural sounding text use the %CharacterName% function instead.
